Aspirational Thinking

Igniting Innovation at Emirates

Landing within Emirates' UX design team in Dubai, I set out to inject a fresh dose of unconventional thinking. Their methods had grown rigid, bound by templates, trapped in incremental enhancements. While I contributed to refining various UX journeys and facets on a micro level, I also dared to propose the monumental changes.

Emirates' existing site fell short of their aspirations for cutting-edge excellence. Conventional content enhancements were birthing lackluster pages—mere collages of images and text, trapped in uninspiring layouts. Here's where I took the reins, demonstrating that content could transcend static norms, pulsating with life.

My vision unfurled an interactive timeline upon a global canvas. A celestial skyscape where cities materialised and dissipated like fleeting clouds, mirroring the plane's sweeping odyssey across space and time. The plane itself shape-shifted, a time-traveling chameleon embodying its historical era. This wasn't just design; it metamorphosed into an immersive video journey, infusing content with vitality, soaring beyond the ordinary, and redefining the very limits of possibility.
